Single Sign-on (SSO) can impact these features
If Single Sign-on (SSO) is enabled, only Administrators will have the ability to change their email address and/or password in Stitch. All other users will need to make changes through their Identity Provider (IdP).
Manage your user profile, email address, and password on the Your Profile page.
In this guide, we’ll cover:
Update your email address
Adding an email to multiple accounts
An email address can only be associated with one Stitch account. If your email client supports using aliases, you can use this workaround to associate an email with multiple accounts.
Note: If SSO is enabled, this workaround won’t work unless configured through your Identity Provider (IdP).
- Click the User menu (your icon) > Edit User Settings.
- Click Your Profile.
- Enter the new email address in the Email Address field.
- Click the Update Profile button.
Change your password
- Click the User menu (your icon) > Edit User Settings.
- Click Your Profile.
- Enter your old password in the Old Password field.
- In the New Password and Confirm New Password fields, enter your new password.
- Click the Change Password button.
